How To Return Products
1. Customer messages "The People Store LLC." to confirm the correct return address 2. The customer returns a product to Supplier (The People Store LLC.) 3. The People Store or Supplier receives the product in good condition 4. The People Store logs into our Supplier > Orders> Shipped and Completed> locates PayPal email and transaction ID 5. The People Store logs into PayPal and uses PayPal email and Transaction ID to locate Transaction 6. Suppliers click "issue refund," and the item Cost, Transaction, and shipping fees are refunded to The People Store. 7. The People Store emailed our supplier to request that transaction fees be refunded. The People Store refunds the customer.
